The TRX system uses the leverage of gravity and your body weight to perform exercises. You control the intensity and how much you challenge yourself! Great for any fitness level.

Shred & sculpt
Men and women of all fitness levels will be challenged by the ever-changing workouts using dumbell and kettle bell weights, med balls, bands, and core work mixed with limited cardio portions. Every session is different.
Increase motor control, flexibility, and range of motion with full body stretching.
Class is designed in a High Intensity Interval Training format with various station work intermixed with cardio activities. Stations include cardio, plyometrics, agility training, strengthening, flexibility, balance and coordination work.

A low impact water exercise focusing on strength and range of motion.
Mon- Thurs/ 9:30a-10:15a

Fit Over 50
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a small ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Mon, Wed, Fri/ 9:45a-10:45a
A paddle sport that involves elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a ball similar to a wiffleball over a net.

Yoga class with an emphasis on the fitness benefits of yoga-- improving strength, flexibility, posture, body awareness, balance and breathing techniques. This class can be revised to meet individual fitness needs.

Pick-up basketball. Open to members and non-members.
Cycling is a combination of an aerobic and conditioning workout performed on a stationary bike.

Build your confidence in the weight room by learning proper form, new exercises and how to use weight machines.
Stretch, Strength, and Balance for Seniors
Using a chain for support, participants will do a variety of stretches, strength training with hand weights, and several balances. It is especially beneficial for people with limited mobility who want to improve their fitness in a safe way. For people people with osteoporosis, it can increase bone density if done consistently and properly.

Senior Step Aerobics
Step Aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It has lasted for decades because it delivers results. The Step is a 4inch raised platform, upon which you step up and down to music. This 20 minute workout can also be done by stepping on the floor. Ten minutes of stretching follows the step workout. This class is a fun low impact way to get in shape. Please join us!
