Adult Softball Tournament September 18- The tournament planned for Amerifest day has been rescheduled for September 18.  The single day tourney will be played at the village park ball fields.  Proceeds benefit Relay for Life Cancer Research and BFR operations.  Church and neighborhood teams are welcome!! Fall U6 Soccer Registration forms available at BFR- It's early, but the fall U6 registration is open.  Complete the form and return with payment ($30 Non-members, $15 BFR members). Fall U6 begins September 14! 6-7PM on Tuesday and Thursday.

Adult Co-ed Volleyball League begins September 27th. We will be having a Competitive division on Monday evenings and a Recreational division on Thursdays. Cost per team is $130 and registration is due by September 20th.

Personal Training Options- Members and non-members alike are welcome to schedule individual or small group training sessions.  Cost is very affordable and appointments are available during the day or evening.

FIT 4 LIFE- Looking to lose weight, feel better, and get into shape? BFR's Fit4Life program combines a 3 month membership with personal sessions with a trainer and group support for SUCCESS.  Click here for more information about the fall session that begins September 13.

The EDGE Youth Sports Conditioning Designed for out-of-season athletes to work on individual speed, strength and agility needs.  Packages of 8,12,16, 24 sessions are available.

Ultimate Fit  begins September 7.....  evening sessions at 6PM on Monday/Wednesday and 7PM on  Tuesday/Thursday. The morning session will be at 5:30AM on Monday/ Wednesday. Monthly Fee is $45 ($20 BFR members) per session; sign up for 2 sessions and get additional savings.  Ultimate Fit includes 8 sessions per month of group workouts under the direction of a BFR trainer; Ultimate Fit is not appropriate for everyone, ask for more information.

Annual Giving Campaign- THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE GIVEN IN 2009- almost $20,000 was pledged during the campaign..  Members and special friends have been asked to make a small donation to support the never-ending needs of our non-profit organization and facility.  The original portion of the BFR facility was built in 1995 so wear and tear is catching up.  The "new" addition, built in 2000, will soon be 10 years old!!! Established in 1978, BFR is a private, non-profit organization serving the fitness and 
recreation needs of Bluffton, Ohio and surrounding communities.  BFR programs, leagues, 
and classes are open to both members and guests. Use of the fitness center, however, is restricted 
to BFR members over the age of 14 years.

****Fitness Center is open until 10PM on Mondays and Wednesdays!
