 | Late Spring Schedule Begins Monday, April 14- Check out
the 5 week program of youth classes that will end May 17.

 | The EDGE Youth Sports Enrichment Program- BFR will
continue to offer monthly sessions of The EDGE for Middle and High School
athletes. NEXT SESSION RUNS FROM MAY 5-MAY 30th. The EDGE program will assist each athlete in improving
strength, power, agility, endurance, speed and flexibility. For more

 | Smart Start 12 Week Fitness Program Underway-
A second and third groups are working hard to their individual goals.
Lots of inches and pounds are being lost by the participants. A
Monthly Maintenance Program has been added for those who have completed
the Smart Start program. The maintenance program includes personal
training sessions plus group discussions. The next 12 week session will begin in the FALL, registration materials

 | Walking Challenge to Begin April 11- BFR members and
non-members are welcome to join our walking challenge. Using a
baseball theme, walkers will "score" runs by adding up base
"hits." To move to a base, participants need to walk 1/2
mile. So, if you walk 2 miles in a day you will move all around the
bases and score 1 run. Prizes will be awarded weekly! Cost is
$10 for non-members and free for BFR members. * non-members can use
the BFR indoor track during the challenge.

 | Member Information- Just a reminder to members, stop by
the front desk and complete a program design questionnaire and get a
personalized work out. This is a service provided WITHOUT CHARGE to
BFR members (other places charge $5-10 per program design). Jessica
Ladd, certified personal trainer, will design the work out and make
updates as you wish.

 | Annual Giving Campaign- Looking for a non-profit
organization to support??? BFR is beginning an annual fund drive to
assist with costs of updating
facilities and maintaining equipment. Packages are available that
include signage and sponsorships as well as a gift to the Campaign Fund. Contact any BFR staff or board
member to schedule an individual visit or for more information.

 | 2007-2008 Board Officers Elected- Jon Kinn will continue
as president, Jesse Blackburn as vice-president, Darrell Buroker as
treasurer, and Beth Theisen as secretary. Several board positions
remain open, contact BFR for details. Thank you to all our volunteer
board members.

Established in 1978, BFR is a private, non-profit
organization serving the fitness and
recreation needs of Bluffton, Ohio and surrounding
communities. BFR programs, leagues,
and classes are open to both members and guests.
Use of the fitness center, however, is restricted
to BFR members over the age of 14 years.

Monday-Friday 6AM-8PM, Saturday 8AM-5PM
Regular Hours: Monday through Friday 5:30AM-9PM, Saturday 8AM-9PM, Sunday 1-5PM
****Fitness Center is open until 10PM on Mondays and Wednesdays!
