From designing a customized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, fitness coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals. Every member receives a complimentary fitness assessment with our coaching staff.

Our Coaches

 

Matt Gillett, ACSM-CPT

Matthew Gillett is an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer, who recently graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Exercise Science. At Anderson, Matt studided human anatomy & physiology and personal & group training. Matt served two years on the Anderson University football coaching staff as student assistant coaching tight ends and linebackers. His work with athletes in the weight room focused on power, strength, speed, and agility developement. He aspires to work with athletes and evolve them to elite athletes through high intenisty weight and sport specific skills training.

Athletic Background
In high school, Matt was a three sport athlete participating in football, basketball, and baseball at Bluffton High School. In football, he was a three year starter at defensive back and wide reciever and recieved honorable mention honors. On the basketball court, Matt was a three year starter and ranks second all time in three pointer made and top five in assists.  Matt pitched and played center field his senior year and recieved honorable mention honors.
