Keeping Active 2012- January 16-February 29Fitness Classes, seminars, free training sessions, and information about healthy eating are part of this annual fitness/health program. For SIX weeks - BFR offers a variety of FREE events for anyone interested in becoming more active and/or adding healthy aspects to their lives. Come join together with others from the area to become a healthier individual or family!! No Fee or Registration is required for any of the BFR programs. Some of the related programs have a fee.
